Happy Labor Day Weekend!

For Americans, Labor Day is a time to enjoy some much needed time with our family and friends, eat some great food, and take a break from work. Megan and I are going to take this long weekend to do just that. We will continue on Tuesday with the “Stations” series.

I just want to let you know how much your blog has been so helpful to me, not to mention the lessons you have for purchase on TpT. We just started school this week and I have seen such a big change in my Spanish classes. They are talking in the TL like never before (in just one week!) plus I’ve already had several students come in the next class period and say, “Ah, my favorite class!.” I rarely heard that from students in the past. I used the cognate lessons which helped add a big boost to their confidence level. I was even able to break through the barriers of this one student who came in the first day with a negative attitude about learning a language. It was awesome! Thanks so much for sharing ya’ll’s ideas. You ladies deserve a break — so enjoy your Labor Day weekend! Thanks again.
